Accommodation Notes:

1. CHECK IN 3:00~5:00p.m, CHECK OUT 11:00 a.m.

2. Please strictly adhere to check-in/out times. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

3. Pets are not allowed. Guests bringing pets will be refused accommodation, and any pre-paid deposits will not be refunded.

4. No smoking inside the room. Cooking is strictly prohibited. 

 

#Smoking is allowed on the balcony (ashtrays are provided on the balcony and courtyard). Smoking inside the room will incur a cleaning fee of NT$1,000.

 

Booking Notes:

◎ Children under 90 cm without an extra bed will be charged an additional NT$300/person (limited to one person per room), and an additional NT$500 for each additional quilt.

◎ Children over 90 cm – occupying a bed (or extra bed) with breakfast. An additional NT$1,000 will be charged for the first person, and a total of NT$1,500 for two persons.

◎ Room rates include service charge and breakfast.

1. When booking, please confirm the number of people. To maintain the quality of accommodation, on-site temporary additional beds or bedding services cannot be provided on the day of check-in. Please inform us when booking, and please cooperate with accommodation according to the number of people in the reservation.

2. In case of exceeding the number of people, Juhu Ecological Park has the right to refuse the check-in of guests on that day and will charge 50% of the room rate as a loss of the reservation until that day. Special instructions are given.

3. If the accommodation on the same day cannot arrive at check-in between 3:00p.m and 5:00p.m, please notify in advance. ! Otherwise, Juhu Ecological Park has the right to no longer retain the reservation on the day! And the deposit on the same day cannot be refunded!

4. To maintain the quality of accommodation, smoking, cooking, and causing trouble after excessive drinking are strictly prohibited in the room. If similar situations occur, after the persuasion of the staff is ineffective, guests can be asked to check out immediately, and the room fee will not be refunded.

5. For safety reasons, the indoor use of appliances and gas appliances not provided in the guest room is prohibited to prevent accidents

After the room is booked, if the deposit is already completed, and you need to postpone or change the date due to temporary reasons, it is limited to one change, and it must be proposed 7 days before the original room stay date. After the extension, it will no longer be possible to change the date or refund. Please note.

After the completion of the deposit transfer, if you need to cancel the original order due to personal reasons, please refer to the cancellation time and deposit refund ratio below.

When a traveler cancels, the accommodation may request a refund of the deposit according to the following standards:

Cancelation 14 days (inclusive) before the check-in date, the deposit will be deducted by 0%.

Cancelation 10 days (inclusive) to 13 days (inclusive) before the check-in date, the deposit will be deducted by 30%.

Cancelation 7 days (inclusive) to 9 days (inclusive) before the check-in date, the deposit will be deducted by 50%.

Cancelation 4 days (inclusive) to 6 days (inclusive) before the check-in date, the deposit will be deducted by 60%.

Cancelation 2 days (inclusive) to 3 days (inclusive) before the check-in date, the deposit will be deducted by 70%.

Cancelation 1 day (inclusive) before the check-in date, the deposit will be deducted by 80%.

Cancelation on the check-in date (inclusive), the deposit will be deducted by 100%.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If your order meets the refund conditions, it will be refunded to you within 7 working days after confirming that the refund information you provide is correct.

ATM transfer: Please provide the designated account of the person who booked the room. If due to a typhoon (a land typhoon warning issued by the Central Meteorological Bureau) or other major disasters, and the county or city where the accommodation is located declares a cessation of work and school, resulting in the cancellation of the reservation by the guest, the deposit should be unconditionally refunded.
